Overview OSHA 300 Wizard™

OSHA 300 Wizard™ was designed to provide companies with a powerful tool for managing and reporting work-related injuries and illnesses. The tab design of OSHA 300 Wizard™ is easy-to-use and allows all the related case information to be input and reviewed in a single window.

The Menu functions provide the user with a consistent interface to access records, add data, and print OSHA Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, and OSHA Form 301 Injury and Illness Incident Report. Additionally, the built in wizards can be used to calculate the Average Number of Employees and the Total Hours Worked.
