OSHA 300 Wizard™ Version 5.1

Manage accident and injury reporting for multiple sites.

The OSHA 300 Wizard™ Multi-Site License allows you to install the OSHA 300 Wizard™ Multi-Site v5 software on one network server. You can then collect, maintain, and report accident, injury, and near-miss data for multiple sites or locations for which you have responsibility. These sites/locations can be internal departments, separate locations or remote work sites.

The program’s network capability allows several users to input and share data. The multi-site report generation feature enables you to produce reports for an individual site or location or a set of “Consolidated” reports that combine information from all sites or locations. Additional reporting sites and users can be added to the license at any time, providing expansion and flexibility. The program is compatible with earlier versions of OSHA 300 Wizard™ and includes new fields and functions to provide a better tool for managing and reporting workplace injuries and illnesses.
