Confined Space TrackerT provides an easy-to-use interface that enhances the collection, review, and management of information about confined spaces in accordance with company and OSHA Regulations.

What does Confined Space TrackerT do?
Confined Space TrackerT maintains information about confined spaces on your site in a consistent format, so it is easy to provide employees, contractors, and rescue services with confined space hazard information. Confined Space TrackerT also automatically produces Entry and Hot Work Permits and numerous site-specific reports.

Why should I use Confined Space TrackerT?
Confined Space TrackerT is the only product on the market that was designed specifically to support confined space entry programs.

Can Confined Space TrackerT be used on a network?
Yes. The multi-user version of Confined Space TrackerT is network compatible.

Is it easy to retrieve a record for viewing?
When Retrieve Record is selected from the File Menu, the Retrieve Record window is shown. The user first selects a Building/Area from a drop-down list and second selects a confined space from the second drop-down list. The second drop-down list displays the confined space's ID# and Profile to assist selection.

What is considered a site?
A site is generally considered a location with its own address.

What is the difference between a single user and a site license?
A single user system allows one copy of Confined Space TrackerT to be installed on one computer at any one time. In a multi-user site license system, more than one person can access the database at the same time.

Can I print Entry and Hot Work permits with Confined Space TrackerT?
Confined Space TrackerT has a custom designed Wizard that assists the user in automatically producing Entry and Hot Work Permits.

Can I view reports from Confined Space TrackerT on my company intranet or the World Wide Web?
The CSTwebT Module is an add-on module that extends the functionality of Confined Space TrackerT. This module allows the user to publish the detailed Confined Space Record report to a company intranet or the web.

Does Confined Space TrackerT track employee confined space training?
Yes. Confined Space TrackerT will track the confined space training date of any employee or contractor that has been listed in the program.

Can I add employees from another company or contractors?
Yes. The employee section in Confined Space TrackerT lists the employee's name, employer, job title, confined space training date, as well as, their job class, phone number, pager number, and radio channel.

How many pictures can I include?
The Picture Box on the Main Window in Confined Space TrackerT will hold four pictures or graphic images.

What picture formats does Confined Space TrackerT support?
The graphic file formats supported by Confined Space TrackerT are .bmp, .jpg, and .png. The .jpg, and .png formats are the standard formats used on the internet and are the only formats compatible with the Confined Space TrackerT web module.

How do I make a shortcut to open Confined Space Tracker™?
After installing Confined Space Tracker™ do not create a shortcut that is linked to any file in the CSTData folder. The program will not open correctly. Start the program by selecting Confined Space Tracker™ from the Programs list. To create a shortcut go to the Programs list, select Confined Space Tracker™ and keep the mouse button pressed down. Drag the selected program from the Programs list onto the desktop. A shortcut to the selected file will be displayed on your desktop.
